SPECIAL OCCASION FLOWER PRESERVATION
Bespoke Botanicals claims no liability for the flowers in the event that they are lost or damaged in transit.
EXPECTATIONS
Flowers can change colour during the drying process and furthermore once cast within resin- this can depend on factors like the age of the flowers, if they've been sprayed with any chemicals, colour enhanced by the flower farm or florist and how they arrive at the BB studio- all these factors are out of BB’s control. Bespoke Botanicals has no control over how your Botanicals will change over time. Once your resin item or pressed frame is in your possession, it’s your responsibility to look after and BB cannot be held responsible for any damage caused or changes that occur in the natural products preserved over time.
All items are handmade so small imperfections are likely to occur such as bubbles. No machines are used in the process so all products are created on a individual basis and are bespoke to you. RETURNS Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. The buyer is responsible for shipping fees required to return the item. All personalised work is non refundable as is personal to you. If you are not satisfied with your order please so contact me as soon as you receive your order and I will see what can be done to rectify your issue. Each order takes around between 3-6 months of my time to create with high costs involved. No refund will be offered as each item is created on a bespoke basis. If your not satisfied with your order please email bespokebotanicals@mail.com.RESIN CARE INSTRUCTIONS It is best to keep your heirloom out of direct sunlight and avoid any chemicals cleaners as this will result in the botanicals being bleached and a yellowing of the resin. Over time, the resin might develop a slight amber-like glow. We think this adds a beautiful, vintage element to it. Disclaimer: resin yellowing is an inevitable effect from the natural aging of your product. The best way to prevent this from happening is to leave your product out of any kind of direct sunlight. We are not responsible for the natural effects of aging in your product. Bespoke Botanicals cannot be held responsible for these results after the item has been in the customer care. SHIPPING The buyer is responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information(ie. address and delivery instructions) at the time of order placement. Bespoke Botanicals accepts no responsibility for additional fees incurred from an undelivered package due to incorrect address or delivery instructions provided at the time of order placement. CANCELLATIONS Once your flowers have been received and the drying. process has started we are unable to cancel your order. Please do contact me and we can discuss your case on a case by case basis. CURRENCY The prices listed on this website are in British Pounds (GBP). In some cases there may be additional fees if you’re paying in a different currency, it is the responsibility of the buyer to contact their credit card provider and be aware of these fees. Bespoke Botanicals accepts no responsibility for these potential feesReturns must be sent back within 7 days of receiving the package. If you receive a product that appears to be damaged please email bespokebotanicals@mail.com immediately and provide pictures of the damage. Damages will be dealt with on a case to case basis. Refunds will not be offered on custom made items.
